Aurelia is best known for starring as Jeanette Turner in the Freeform series *Cruel Summer*, earning nominations for the Critics Choice Award for Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series and Hollywood Critics Association award for Best Actress.

The building originally functioned as the Union Square Savings Bank until Roth’s acquisition. The venue also houses a 99-seat performance space called the DR2 Theatre, which was added in 2002, and a cabaret bar downstairs called The D-Lounge.
